• Designed, implemented, tested and operated Proof of Concept (PoC) and Minimum Viable Product (MVP) systems. In the coming months, I will focus on designing, developing and deploying cloud-native applications while gaining hands-on experience with AWS, CI/CD, GitHub Actions and modern software engineering practices.

Supported colleagues via new hardware/software adoption, and created, tested, and customized service request forms for cross-departmental needs.

Provided 1st and 2nd level user support for internal organizational units, analyzing and resolving hardware and software issues in daily operations. Handled tickets with structured documentation and knowledge management, collaborated with external IT service providers like IT.NRW, and ensured stable IT operations in a complex public-sector environment.

As a Business Informatics (B.Sc.) graduate, I combine expertise in computer science, economics, and mathematics, with a focus on programming, database management, and IT project management. Backed by a solid theoretical and practical foundation in both technical and business domains, I have gained hands-on software development experience—notably through my successful collaboration on a comprehensive digital trading card game project.
