Ofek Shilon

The PROcedure project is currently a key effort of the company. I design the product, recruit and manage developers, manage contacts with several subcontractors, and - of course - code furiously.

I designed the algorithmic core of the entire current generation of simulation products. I invented the algorithms, prototyped them, implemented key mathematical code and directed developers during the implementation. I represented the company at conventions (MMVR, ISRACAS) and formed key connections that led to ongoing commercial and research collaborations.

Thesis: “Universal Minimal Topological Dynamical Systems”. Honors: Excellence fellowship, President's award, Klein award. Ranked 1st among TAs in student polls. Grade average: 94. The initiator and first editor of a new analysis textbook (http://www.math.huji.ac.il/~infibook/)

Honors: Technion’s Special Program of Excellence (a fellowship granted to top 15 students each year), Prof. Lior Merkin memorial grant, Yuval Levi memorial grant, Excellence Support grant, Fulbright grant. Grade average: 96.5. Present on the Dean's list in every single semester.
