Oguz Kara

Hello, I'm Oguz Kara. I completed my law education on a full scholarship at Yeditepe University Faculty of Law. In 2009, I pursued studies in Media Law and International Law at the University of Copenhagen. For approximately 3 years, I served as a lecturer at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Kültür University, teaching courses on start-up law. Within the framework of OKAB, the law firm I founded, I offer consultancy services in corporate law, corporate governance, and labor law. Additionally, I provide legal support to my clients on matters such as the preparation and negotiation of franchise, dealership, sponsorship, and agency agreements. I am currently managing my office from Berlin, selectively taking on projects. I have a passion for creating podcast content and writing. I have published a novel, a legal book, and several podcasts. I am interested in participating in projects and initiatives that support the digital transformation of companies.
