Led a pioneering study on a pilot steam-cooker for retaining carotenoids in biofortified cassava (Attiéké), sponsored by CGIAR-RTB. Designed and fabricated a steamer, optimizing parameters to preserve up to 85% of provitamin A. The innovative method outperformed traditional techniques, offering scalable, low-cost solutions for rural processing. Findings supported published research and biofortification efforts to combat vitamin A deficiency.

Led implementation of strict QA protocols, reducing product defects by 35%. Ensured compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, ISO 22000).
