Development, management and execution of 4PL logistics and supply chain operations for oil rig movements, sequencing and planning; material consolidation and distribution for drilling and exploration operations; all HSE procedures, standards and regulations; transport management and network planning; quality and process improvement activities; IT Management and Systems. Responsible for a logistics management team of 60+ FTE’s direct, 1550 FTE's indirect, 5 WH locations, 60+ Oil Rigs, 870 managed vehicles
