Owned QA for the cloud product line: test strategy, standards, and processes for 1,275 structured test cases, about 600 automated in daily Jenkins CI, with the weekly full regression as the release gate. Designed the test architecture for multi-CSP integrations: generic tests, per-CSP deviation coverage, two-way Automotive SPICE traceability. Led up to 7 people across Germany, Hungary, and Poland. Built Jira dashboards and defect reporting for the Quality Director, feeding the view passed to the COO.

Cinemo Distributed Cloud: a platform-independent solution covering virtually all OS and chip combinations used in automotive infotainment, embedded side and Cloud backend. Sole QA owner of the cloud product line for an extended period: feature, customer-specific, automation and qualification testing. Wrote and maintained ~350 automated test scripts in Robot Framework and an internal JavaScript test framework. Requirements analysis, test case design, root cause localisation. Tools: Jenkins, TestRail, Jira.

Infotainment platform for a top Tier-1 automotive supplier, intended for mass-production vehicles: Android 8.1 on Snapdragon 820a. Design, implementation, integration, and maintenance under Automotive SPICE and Scrum. Testing ran on real head units that evolved in parallel with the software. Balanced team load and capacity and reviewed the team's test cases, while staying hands-on myself: requirements analysis, test case design, functional and exploratory testing, root cause localisation.

Multi-tier platform for clinical trials: a tablet site application for subject visits and rating scale instruments, working offline with user-driven sync; a web portal centralising site data; a patient-reported outcomes app. Test lead for one team and test manager for the whole outstaff on our side, with the primary focus on the lead role. Tideworks Traffic Control: a client-server system with desktop and wireless clients giving a container terminal real-time dispatching of work instructions, replacing radio and paper across gate, vessel, rail, and yard operations. Led the QA team: interviewing, balancing load and capacity, while staying hands-on myself: requirements analysis with the business analysts, test cases and regression suites, investigating production issues. Three-month assignment in the USA, working inside the customer's own team.

Tideworks Traffic Control, same product line, engineer role before taking over the team. All phases of the test life cycle, from test planning to defect tracking and defect lifecycle management. Requirements analysis, raising gaps with the business analysts. Test cases, regression suites, and checklists: creation and review. Functional, regression, and ad hoc testing. Reproducing production issues and root cause localisation. Coaching newcomers. Oracle SQL, Apache ActiveMQ, VMware, Postman, mocks.

Electronics hardware and software design house with own testing and production services. Managed a team of 3 quality control engineers, including resourcing and qualification. Developed quality plans, test strategies and test plans across EKTOS projects, plus the processes behind them. Ran factory and site acceptance testing at EKTOS and at customer sites. Domains: hydrogen power generation, control systems for harvesters and ventilation, HMI, production test systems. Regular trips to the Danish office.

Test planning across the project life cycle, from specification to approvals; test plans and strategies against requirements and design specifications; acceptance testing with customers. Production test stands: one on fully custom in-house hardware and framework, where I was the product owner; one for display modules on NI TestStand and LabVIEW, hardware owned by an engineer, programming mine. CAN bus logging in LabVIEW, lossless at speed. Supported the hardware team during EMC testing and approvals.

I&C systems for nuclear and fossil power plants. V&V of Class B safety systems at South Ukraine NPP: emergency regulation, reactor monitoring, central information system. Hard real-time platforms, QNX and proprietary; 2-channel hot-standby redundancy and 3-channel 2-out-of-3 majority voting. Verified the equipment running control algorithms designed elsewhere; complete V&V plan coverage, testing coordinated across QA engineers. On-site commissioning and training, six months in Iraq. TUV-certified process.
