- Communication with customers from Norway, Denmark and Sweden - Formulating of the recommendations and solutions with attention to client’s wishes and preferences regarding the au pair search; -Interviewing au pair candidates and trying to find the right fit for the host family; - Experience with immigration policies and procedures pertaining to work permits, visas and residence permits (Norway, Denmark, Sweden) -Conducting face-to-face meetings with the VIP customers in the Oslo office

- effective management of large amounts of incoming calls - providing 1st line tech support (via phone, helpdesk) - working with CRM systems - handling complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and following up to ensure resolution - Creating and developing training materials for trainees - Training and preparing newcomers.
