• Lead a team of 6-15 QA engineers. •Estimate testing efforts, testing process planning (develop effective test strategies and test plans for existing and new products). Risk Analysis, STP development.
• Resource allocation, task management, Mid-term planning, tasks prioritizing 
• Software quality analysis, Go/Not Go decision. Post Product Analysis
• Remote QA team coordination, QA & RND cooperation

Projects: HP Globalization Functional QA for HP QTP, HP Diagnostics, HP UCMDB
• Execute functional and UI I18N/L10N testing • QA Project lead responsibilities for a product (UCMDB), including requirements analysis, creation of Master Test Plan documents, risk analysis, mentoring of a small virtual team of 3 Engineers. • Rump up of new projects in a team: choosing QA strategy, define testing scope and approach, estimate and plan test cycles.
