My second assignment was ETL project of moving 20 years of customers data from various databases to SalesForce. My first assignment was to write from scratch a .NET custom template to standardize and facilitate writing/migrating of all future services using API-Led Connectivity pattern. Responsibilities: - Brainstorming with company’s architect team for requirements. - Implementation itself. - Pitching possible ways of improvements.

- Supervised development teams of up to 12 people, coordinated their collaboration and applied other agile development practices. - Creating new and reviewing an existing software architecture. Tech design review of new features/sub-projects with implementation supervision. - Participated in setting up processes in a project of 100 members and 7 scrum teams including: sprint cadence, code freeze, release process etc. Technologies: Azure, Azure DevOps, Azure Service Bus, .NET Core, EF, Azure SQL, Postgres

Application for consulting pharmacists that allows to track Medication Regimen Reviews (MRR) and Medication Therapy Management (MTM) and to share data between all health professionals involved in patient care. Responsibilities: Acted as a frontend team lead of UWP application and later of web-based application. Was involved in all steps: from requirement finalization to publishing activities.

The project was in the process of switching to .NET from Delphi. I took part in various development areas: from implementing completely new functionality with clarifying requirements to maintaining an existing code. Took part in daily stand-up meetings and bi-weekly sprint review meetings with a foreign product owner. Technologies: WPF, Unity dependency injection container, heavily customized DevExpress components, WinForms DevExpress reports, Sybase SQL, nHibernate ORM, NUnit testing framework.
