Responsible for verification and validating heat transfer model of solidification process in continuous casting. As member of the technological department I have created models using FEM for tundish geometry and flow optimization. I received invaluable experience in the field of fluid mechanics and heat transfer.

Responsible for creating steelmaking and caster plant layouts, seeking alternative solutions for plant revamping, analyzing customer documentation, drawings and preparing optimized technical solutions in cooperation with technical and technological departments. Sales managers support during the meetings, discussion with customer. As plant design engineer I have extended my knowledge in steelmaking, secondary metallurgy and continuous casting processes.

Responsible for design of metallurgical equipment engineering with providing accurate stress calculations. As mechanical design engineer I used to issue detail and assembly drawings for continuous casting machines and rolling mill equipments. Also I have leaded 3-D design group.
