- accept all cases (civil, administrative, CASU, rarely criminal) from the judge for review, verification of compliance with the law, and analysis of errors made in filing a statement of claim or other documents, - analyze judicial practice and legislation necessary for the consideration of the case, - coordinate the schedule of cases, - accept information and discuss it with litigants, - prepare and write draft decisions, resolutions, resolutions, court orders.
