Olena Chekmezova

I’m responsible for leading and managing various valuation projects of real estate across SEE / CEE countries. My role includes everything from planning the engagements, to full delivery, people management, steering, quality assurance, and more. The scope of responsibility also includes business development and client relationship.

I was responsible for managing and leading valuation and advisory engagements, as well as contributing to the development of Valuation and Advisory Services Department in terms of business development, developing existing client relationships, motivating and leading the team of 4-7 persons, being responsible for day-to-day operations, and more.

I was responsible for (1) managing and leading consulting projects: highest and best used studies of land plots, concept development of retail centers (both in Kyiv and regional cities), feasibility studies, financial analysis and market research; (2) conducting valuation across all the various real estate segments for a variety of purposes ; (3) developing relationships with clients; (4) contributing to the development of Valuation and Advisory Services Department.

I was responsible for leading and running research department at the company, conducting research among four segments of real estate and being in charge of the final deliverables – company’s semi-annual and annual real estate reports distributed among more than 400 clients. I was also responsible for leading and managing various consulting projects, with a focus on retail segment in most of the cases. That included everything from initial planning of the project till final deliverables.
