Lead a team to ensure its sustainable performance and personal development (team of 14 people); Subject Matter Expert for respective P2P process for 6 Markets; 
Manage and monitor the quality of services delivered to IBP (market) 
in accordance with Service Level Agreements as agreed and signed 
with IBPs; 
 Maintain up to date project tasks covering risks, actions, issues and dependencies; Ensure Continuous Improvement of the processes via FI (GSTD, DMAIC) and non-FI (JDI) projects, Lean Initiatives.

- Resolution of parked & blocked invoices. - Support AGING resolution. Standardization of Open POs report. Creation of GR_IR & Open PO follow up tool in cooperation with Market AP. - Took active part in DMAIC project regarding open purchase orders. DMAIC was successful and certified as “white belt”. - Standardize the process and transfer activities from Benelux Markets to NBS Lisbon. - Procurement workshop to Hungarian Market.

- Support Training and development department (help with training organization/ scheduling language lessons and organization of final tests). - Update/ create new vacancies on Taleo. Search and stratify potential candidates for the interview
