• Legal support during execution of Green Hydrogen and Chlor-Alkali (EPС and EPF) contracts. • Development and implementation of contract execution strategy with Commercial Sales/Commercial Project Management, development of risk assessments. • Participation in negotiations with counterparties, advice on related contractual issues. • Preparing and enforcing claims, defending against claims from other contractual partners.

• Legal support (contract drafting/negotiations) on new major chemical projects (EPC, construction of sorbent plant, construction of bromine plant, construction of a lithium mining plant; sales of inorganic chemicals products on domestic market etc.). • Claims work • Close engagement with external legal consultants from Europe and USA on various matters arising during execution and implementation of contracts, management of claims and dispute resolution in international arbitrations (ICC, LCIA etc.).

• Preparation, negotiation, awarding, and support Supply/PO and Master Supply Agreements/Framework Supply Agreements. • Acted as dedicated Legal representative for the Project team during various stages (Select, pre-FEED, FFED, EPC) of the capital projects. • Negotiation of EPC T&Cs, resolving various issues during EPC contract execution, conclusion of contracts for the supply of long-lead items, resolving trade control issues. • Headed a joint legal/C&P team for standard Contract Model development.
