 Oversaw preparation of the set of documents for obtaining two government grants for the upgrade of Bicycle-sharing system project.  Performed a complex comparative analysis of manufacturing facilities and contract offerings from 5 leading factories in China and 2 in Russia. Led negotiations on manufacturing contract terms and prices. Selected supplier and supervised all collaboration up until the delivery.

Reported directly to the Board of Director on project performance. Organized and oversaw all operations of the business including internal day-to day activities and external client related services.

Assisted on various projects in an ever-changing environment working across multiple time zones, languages: researched information, communicated with various entities, drafted, translated, revised and obtained approval on various complex preparations, reports and legal documents, assisted with Power-point presentations. Organized meetings and conference calls, prepared documentation for meetings.
