Overall support of the General Manager; Scheduling working hours and making appointments for CEO; Interpretation and translation (English, French, Russian); Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests and handling them when needed; Dealing with incoming email and post; Organizing and maintaining meetings; Coordinating business trips (booking hotels, buying tickets, preparation of visa documents);

TOEFL, IELTS, City & Guilds Tests preparation (90% of passes among the students)
