Business plan for opening the Spanish Branch of the Bank development. Market research, staff recruitment, search and selection of sales channels and marketing activities, dealing with legal aspects, budget planning and management. Results reached: opening of the Spanish Branch of the Bank in Madrid, with a multidisciplinary staff of 25 employees, sales of up to 700.000 euro/month (with a monthly increase of 50% in the three first month of operations).
