• Software Engineer: Implemented payments and settlement functionality using PL/SQL and SQL code. Analysed SQL statements to reduce database access and increase performance, specially reducing overhead during copying in and out of RAM. • Software Designer: Designed the SEPA credit transfer recall algorithm for the entire European network. Designed and implemented algorithms to improve account number decoding performance, i.e. IBAN.

• Auto Coding Engineer: Developed the auto coding process using MATLAB Real-Time Workshop to auto generate MISRA C compliant code from Simulink models. Developing MATLAB scripts, s-functions (embedding C code and M code), libraries and DLLs. • Systems Designer: Develop Simulink models using MATLAB to fulfil customer requirements, ensuring that the model could then be autocodable and automatically tested using Reactis tools.

Support engineer at the customer site in Holland for 5 months while working for Delphi Diesel Systems. This involved creating customer liaisons and maintaining customer relations during releases, code errors, and start of production. Hands on debugging of electronics and software using HIL simulation of engines.

• Resident engineer at Ford, developing requirements for the body control module which was developed by P-TEC. • Automating testing using HIL and CAN Vector tools such as CANope, CANalizer, CANoe, etc.

• Software Integrator. Integration of software modules submitted by a team of Software and Electronic Engineers. Strict emphasis on system stability and reliable software deliveries. • Embedded Software Module Developer. Design and implementation of software modules such as fuel subsystems, vector CAN subsystems (FNOS), product diagnostics using KWP2000, trip computer, and EEPROM layout design.

• Thesis research paper published and presented in China at the International Conference on Mobile Ad-hoc and Sensor Networks in 2005. • Awarded the La Trobe University Hooper Memorial Prize for Technical Merit and Engineering Achievement for Electronics Wireless Sensor Design, sponsored by IEEE.
