I supported Executive Director of Investment Banking Department responsible for diary management, presentations, travel arrangement, expenses tracking and reporting. It was "boom" time in Russia for IB people and there was a huge overload of work. We actually needed to overnight at work sometime to prepare things for the meetings or take part in phone calls with overseas regarding meeting during roadshows. But it was fun! to be continued...
