Wanted to work again in a more slow-paced company, therefore when I was asked to design a new project I at once back to the institute to do project. Responsibilities: - discerned land laws; - conducted research on property management processes; - designed an architecture solution for a rule-based system that speeds up document analysis due to creating and using a specific hierarchy of property, facility, and taxing management rules.

Worked in Eastern proj. department, then was promoted to Western, then to R&D(Core). 1. Designed/Implemented architecture solutions that accelerated sales managers', clerks work processes etc. 2. Repair DB data(thousands of records from connected tables) integrity due to creating/using normalizing procedures 3. Set up infrastructure for the Eastern Europe department 4. Assisted a manager in the improvement of the onboarding process 5. Coordinated work, communicated with all SDLC members
