• Design and Lead Developer of Darwin Analytics Centre, our company’s foray in the world of Business Intelligence. • Lead developer and design responsible for internal data warehouse projects within the company, for internal use. Data warehouse and mart design using mainly the Kimball methodology. • Design complex ETL processes for data cleansing and processing, using Microsoft SQL Server and Integration Services (SSIS)

• Implementing best practice to ensure an efficient Darwin database structure • Managing and monitoring SQL & MongoDB databases in all environments Production, Preview and Acceptance, and UAT • Installation, upgrade and patching of SQL Server and MongoDB environments, including clustered environments and migrations from earlier versions • Creating, monitoring and troubleshooting backup and maintenance routines • Writing database scripts to requirements

• Analyzing incidents received via the service desk platform in respect of our application • Provide 3rd line support to internal and external customers; assist in troubleshooting problems which have surpassed the abilities of other support staff members • Identify, evaluate and resolve client issues utilizing available resources or independent research • Identify and implement workarounds until the underlying issues are resolved • Resolution of incidents and service requests within the agreed SLA
