Developed and implemented post-processing algorithms for Magnetic Resonance (MR) images of glioblastoma in ImageJ and MATLAB: Batch-processing image registration and automatic vessel segmentation and measurement. Developed an algorithm in ImageJ to semi-automatically count cell nuclei on histopathology slides and analyze the relationship of cell density to MR Diffusion values. Published multiple articles in scientific journals.
