• Contracting role to help recruit Senior Exploration Professionals across GOM, North Sea, Africa and Middle East

Senior Head Hunting assignments across the MENA region for listed multinational companies. Focusing on Industrial & Manufacturing & Oil and Gas.

• Setting up the recruitment function including succession planning of high potential senior leadership candidates creating organizational flexibility • Implementing effective screening and interviewing process, using structured assessment tools and techniques • Establishing summer intern/graduate recruitment programs to identify future talent

• Data Analyst for the WSBD (Sonar division) for QinetiQ and the Royal Navy • Security cleared to work on sensitive government projects
