I support secondary school students, mostly from diverse or international backgrounds, in their career development. I provide guidance on applications, interview preparation, and practical tips for entering the workforce. Through this work, I help young people gain confidence, develop professional skills, and successfully navigate their early career paths.

I managed global financing and treasury operations, negotiating high-value bilateral agreements and overseeing master agreements for short-term financing and internal cash pooling facilities. I led the implementation of treasury policies across more than 60 countries, introduced workflows. I also monitored financial counterparty risk. Additionally, I contributed to projects, including leading a sub-project during the spin-off of major corporate holdings with multi-billion revenues.

I was responsible for international treasury across business segments, driving efficiency in cash management across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. I executed intercompany financings in more than 30 countries and implemented credit facilities while participating in syndicated loans, leases, bonds, and promissory note financing, totaling several billion euros. I developed a comprehensive wallet share database with around 100 entries, optimized transaction processes, and significantly reduced payment costs.

In this role, I managed global short-term liquidity and led the rollout of corporate treasury IT systems across more than 100 entities worldwide. I also contributed to the development of global treasury standards and the integration of IT interfaces, helping to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency across the organization.

I successfully introduced cash pooling structures in over 20 countries and executed a medium-term club deal, strengthening the company’s financing flexibility. Additionally, I led the implementation of ION ITS across more than 50 countries and held functional responsibility for SAP TRM, ensuring robust and efficient treasury operations on a global scale.

I advised international corporate subsidiaries on a wide range of financial topics and successfully connected around 2,000 bank accounts to enable automated booking and reporting, significantly improving transparency and operational efficiency.

I established the treasury function for the German group entities, taking full responsibility for cash management, including short-term forecasting and cash positioning. I implemented fully automated bank account posting software and led payment services tenders across Europe, significantly improving efficiency and control.

In this role, I analyzed annual and semi-annual financial statements and prepared self-disclosure credit reports for credit bureaus. Additionally, I compiled key performance indicators and performed reconciliations for group entities, supporting informed decision-making and financial transparency.

I began my career by implementing Sage accounting software to streamline financial operations. I also handled financial transaction postings, prepared monthly closings, and supported budget planning and financial reporting, laying the foundation for strong financial management practices.
