Interim Production Manager for Material Management. Disciplinary responsibility of 62 employees and two direct reports; Managing Budget >0.1m€

Implementation of an Operational Excellence program in one site with 550 Employees and 52 teams across all hierarchical levels. Implementation of a continuous improvement system. Extend the local system across Europe to share Best Practices across all sites within the European network.
