I provided 2nd line and Premium Support to users of the ExactTarget application, web services and to internal departments. Worked with internal teams to generate the best client-outcomes. Became a Subject Matter Expert on deep technical matters and the application's APIs, developing documentation and distributing knowledge, both externally and internally, over a wide range of complex subjects including XML and SOAP APIs, database and application performance.

Customer-facing buffer between the software development team and the customers, dealing direct with high-level support isssues, managing servers, configuration management and internal systems support. Worked with clients to further meet their own project expectations and goals, taking ownership of highly complex implementation aspects on their behalf.

Worked on a number of key projects - in the UK, primarily on a prototype Adobe Flex UI / ColdFusion webservice for an existing intelligence gathering system, which I then took to deployment in theatre. In Berlin, working on the sister company's flagship product, Clincase, taking responsibility for the development of key features and working on use cases and process improvements.

Worked on key products such creating the company's issue-tracking system for ISO 2001 compliance and on a custom-built GIS-based asset tracking system for PDAs. Also mentored new hires and improving the company's software development process (test-driven development, continuous integration, etc.)
