    Worked as freelancer (100 to 200 hours per month). Started as waiter and as receptionist until september 2008. Then, spent 9 month in Peru to learn Spanish and to work 3 month as volunteer in an orphenage. When I returned to Switzerland, I was hired by the same company as assistant of the manager. Helped him in his daily tasks ; supervision of the service, costs & incomes control, purchasing and supplies, menu planification. Replaced him during his holidays and days off.

Got promoted income Manager from February and stayed 3 extra month after the end of the internship.

    As practical part of the Commercial Apprenticeship, I worked 30 hours per week at the front desk of the 3 hotels of the chain. In parallel of all duties related to a front desk, I had the opportunity to familiarize myself with reservations and accounting. From 03/07/29 until the begining of the hotel school management, worked full-time as front desk manager assistant.
