Administrative tasks in SAP (e.g. data recording: absences (e.g. sick leave, vacation requests, business trip requests), study certificate, work permit, registration of vaccination status). Creation of documents and other various letters as agreed and specified. General administrative activities (e.g. mail processing, issuing employee badges).

Assisting in different HR projects and processes as career paths. Preparing HR reports. Taking care of managers calendar and scheduling an interview with candidates. Translating and writing job offers. Archiving documents. Contributing data base and share drive. Creating presentations.
