Following having gathered further experience, was given the full responsibility of projects, and additionally responsible to mentor the newest member in our team.

Picked to be one of the founding members of a new and exploratory group within the company was an honour, which with our direct contact between both customer and management as well as cross-trained members are only scratching the surface of why our team since then have almost doubled in size.

• Through the AIESEC student organization I was chosen to a six-months internship at the company headquerters in Jena, Thüringen. • Following an initial learning period with an exploratory internal project centred around the Demandware E-Commerce platform, I was soon put on a live project.

• Worked in a team of translators and interpreters to serve clients anywhere in the North East of England. • This have taught me about the importance of good communication, cross-cultural issues and setting achievable goals.

As part of my Computing Science degree I spent a year in industry at Nomad Digital, where I was working at the System Administration team. The work focused on maintaining the reliable operation and upkeep of the systems and network utilised within the company with an emphasis on Linux environments, Virtualisation and Cisco networking equipment.

As part of the bar staff I was responsible for maintaining the bar, collecting classes, supplying bottles and other general tasks. This taught me to work under a high-pressure environment as well as the importance of good communication both within the team and towards customers.
