• Develop and execute creative concepts, campaigns, and visual assets aligned with company and brand guidelines. • Design marketing materials including packaging, POS displays, advertising layouts, brochures, digital banners, and social media content. • Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure creative solutions meet business objectives.

• Develop and execute creative concepts, campaigns, and designs for digital and print platforms (social media, websites, brochures, packaging, trade materials, events, etc.). • Ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines across all visual communications • Lead and mentor junior designers, providing creative direction and feedback. • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product managers to create visuals • Design visual assets for product launches, corporate events, exhibitions, and conferences

• Create visual designs for a variety of media: print , digital , and outdoor/OOH • Translate brand guidelines into compelling visual assets and ensure consistency across all touchpoints • Work closely with the Brand & Marketing team to understand campaign briefs, target audiences, goals and translate these into creative visuals • Support the Social Media & Digital team with design assets for paid and organic campaigns • Update and maintain an archive/libraries of visual assets, templates, brand visuals

• Create creative design concepts and produce final art for free-card mediaas well as other print and digital materials. • Work from brief through concept to execution—partnering with account managers, marketing team, production/print vendors • Adapt designs for digital platforms: social posts, web banners, animations • Maintain and help update design asset libraries, templates, branding guidelines. • Contribute to creative ideation — propose new visual styles, media ideas, formats

• Define, maintain and evolve the visual identity and styling of ALBASTOJKU’s product range (furniture, accessories, home décor) and marketing materials. • Translate marketing briefs into visual strategy and campaign concepts that align with business objectives, target audience insights and brand vision. • Oversee the production of high-quality visual deliverables: photo shoots of furniture, lifestyle images, catalogue layout, website visuals, digital ads, showroom graphics, signage.

• Develop design concepts and deliver final artwork for print and digital communications • Translate brand guidelines into high-quality visual executions, ensuring consistency of style, typography, colour and layout across all touchpoints. • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to understand campaign briefs, target audiences, objectives and deliver design solutions accordingly. • Assist in photo-shoot preparation (if applicable) and image retouching to ensure product visual

• Develop visual design concepts and produce final artwork for graphic deliverables: brand identity, logos, brochures, print pieces, social media graphics. • Design and build web interfaces and layouts: websites, web applications, mobile/responsive designs and UI/UX elements • Prepare and deliver design assets for development or production, ensuring correct specifications • Maintain and update design templates, asset libraries and style guides for consistency across projects.
