The job involves planning and coordinating construction execution, ensuring compliance with DIN standards, and overseeing structural engineering and building services contractors. Key responsibilities include reviewing and approving plans from structural and MEP contractors, preparing detailed designs for many building elements. Additionally, the role involves preparing and editing the main templates of the construction process including floor plans, sections, elevations and construction details.

Although my time at DAR was brief due to accepting a job offer from a German company, it was a valuable period of professional growth. I gained insight into the operations of a large organization and actively contributed to its dynamic workflow. My responsibilities included designing landscape installations for residential and healthcare projects, while collaborating with architecture, transport, and MEP departments to ensure seamless project coordination and execution.

Specialized in creating detailed execution plans, 3D models, and technical details for marble works, incorporating comprehensive knowledge of production workflows such as cutting, 3D engraving, and finishing. Oversaw multiple projects by developing and reviewing working drawings, coordinating tasks across production and assembly departments, and ensuring adherence to project specifications at every stage of manufacturing. Proficient in aligning design requirements with efficient production processes.

I have created detailed working drawings for mechanical, electrical, and architectural plans, as well as designed commercial interior fit-out projects in Jordan, Iraq, and Saudi Arabia. As a team leader, I assigned tasks and ensured effective coordination among team members, enabling projects to be completed on time and in line with established criteria. My experience combines technical precision with leadership to deliver high-quality results.

I have created construction drawings and specifications for various projects, overseen multiple tasks such as preparing building permits and tracking schedules, and coordinated with inspection teams by providing necessary data to ensure site progress. My experience includes facilitating collaboration between MEP and structural teams while understanding the integration of building systems like electrical, mechanical, gas technology, and fire protection, ensuring seamless project execution and functionality.
