Establishing QA from scratch as the sole QA in a cross-functional of 14 engineers building a platform: Building automated E2E tests W WebdriverIO (JS). Creating automated API tests W Postman and Newman CLI for CI/CD. Debugging issues and providing logs for engineers. Handling CS team bugs and providing solutions. Implementing the QA process and setting goals. Using AWS CloudWatch, AMP, Sentry, Bugsnag, Datadog, and Kubernetes for debugging. Reviewing tickets and collaborating with CS and Product Manager.
