*I have worked in my family owned business during the summer season (April - September) and implemented the following: - Guest Experience Management: Oversaw the full guest journey, from booking to check-out, ensuring a welcoming and memorable stay for all visitors. - Business Operations: Managed daily operations, including marketing, budgeting, and property maintenance, contributing to the overall success of the business. - Marketing and Occupancy Growth: Increased occupancy rates.

During my Spring Semester 2022/2023, I had the opportunity to attend the course Marketing Research & Empirical Project, where me and my team took part into helping the meet-up, event organiser, social media start-up Xperience to analyse data and take a suitable marketing approach to meet their goals and explore various opportunities.

*I worked in this company when it was called Mjam before they had a rebranding change to Foodora. - Delivered food orders efficiently across designated routes for 20 hours/week as my first student job, gaining firsthand experience in Austria's diverse work culture and professional environment. - Developed strong customer service and time management skills by coordinating deliveries, handling inquiries, and ensuring timely, accurate order fulfillment.
