Provide administrative support to assigned marketing team/roster, including processing mail, booking complex travel for roster and marketing team, scheduling, processing invoices, tracking budget, coordinating events and meetings, etc. Execute and support Director of Marketing for artist marketing plans; follow through with various departments to ensure deadlines are met.

Initiate international touring projects, implement sales, create and manage budgets, manage and negotiate the contractual process and oversee all logistical details to ensure successful delivery of the project. Market, promote, develop and manage international touring and project opportunities for a list of clients.
