My Ph.D. project focused on analysing the molecular and cellular effects in primary cell lines of Head and neck squamous cell carcinoma by transient knockdown of SATB1. In vivo and in vitro knockdown of SATB1 was achieved by siRNA specific to SATB1 mRNA.
