Independently manage research projects in an interdisciplinary cross-functional environment. Worked on multiple projects in a leading or collaborative role to identify, confirm and characterize key regulators and mediators of inflammation and cell death pathways. These projects have a high impact on a variety of human diseases including liver damage, myocardial infarction, renal injury and inflammatory bowel disease, and support discovery efforts along numerous therapeutic areas of the company’s portfolio.

Kashkar.

Designed and executed studies to gain in depth-knowledge of tumor biology and cellular death using extensive tissue culture, biochemical and microscopical approaches while utilizing different tumor models in vivo, ex vivo and in vitro in addition to primary samples from patient suffering from chronic lymphocytic leukemia, melanoma and colon cancer. Worked on multiple projects in a leading or collaborative role to identify molecular mechanisms of tumor growth, angiogenesis, mitochondrial respiration.
