In regards of candidate sourcing I have been independently working on the most critical projects for our clients based in CR, Germany, UK, US, Gibraltar or Singapore. Sometimes it means to find very senior profiles and sometimes it means to find someone who possesses a knowledge of a rare technology. In both cases the key is to work fast enough. Recently I have been learning and practicing how to do a on-line marketing especially social media marketing.

Taking care about the full candidate life-cycle from sourcing to closing. I was mainly responsible for all the Java and Web technologies (JavaScript, PHP, HTML5, Python or Ruby) related jobs. I have been also providing account management services to some of our clients.

I was responsible for various types of roles from SW Developers to Pre-sales Managers using all sorts of technologies within IT sector. Besides work with candidates I started communicating with our clients and provided account management services to them.
