Improved the accuracy of monthly index tool for price forecasting in MS Excel by refining and automating the index formula. Gathered inputs from internal stakeholders for defining selection criteria for suppliers using scorecards and prioritization of criteria based on the inputs. Conducted market screening for new sustainable suppliers and onboarded a new supplier for PCR (Post-consumer recycled) plastic. Received feedback on tender process from bidders and enhanced the effectiveness of the process.
