Global manufacturing responsibility for the 10 manufacturing entities of the Clear Edge Group, with an annual turnover of 120 mln EUR. • Focus on profit / cash flow improvement by simplification of the global manufacturing footprint (standardization of ERP, supply chain and manufacturing IT systems, portfolio optimisation and standardization of quality and performance measurement). • Working capital reduction of 40 % over 3 years. • Strong involvement in strategic development of the Clear Edge Group.

Sales and operations responsibility for the EMEA and AP region, with an annual turnover of 50 mln EUR. • Primary focus on making the organization profitable again and finding new ownership (Prince Minerals), which succeeded within 12 months. • Consolidation of the Manufacturing Plants in Belgium and Italy. • Boosted the sales organization and signed the largest single customer contract in Pemco’s history.

Responsible for the single largest manufacturing plant within the Group, located in Germany, employing 200 people, with an annual turnover of 50 mln EUR.
