As Senior HR Director, my primary focus is implementation of all legal and HR requirements in the various geographies, relying on a team of 9 direct reports in The Netherlands, Japan, India and Singapore. Active member of the European and Asian Management Teams and Global HR Organization. Developing the HR function and rolling out the various programs for recruiting, retaining, rewarding and training. Partial responsibility for internal organisation, Facilities, Legal and Finance.

HR Activities: recruiting, training management development, benefits, rewards & retention programs. During this period, BNX achieved top performance and expanded to 200 employees. Actively involved in establishing offices in Woerden, Brussels and Rotterdam • Organisational Change: Cambridge re-organised from a geographic focus to service lines in Q4 ‘98.
