Responsible for: - Desingning neworks for customer’s needs and planing usage of required devices. (IOS, cards & modules, voice gateways, modems) - Handover the projects to data-voice support team

Arrangement of Project Management and Pre-Sales Support Group's business plans . - Coordinating group works and maintaining good relations with the customers, integrating solutions to customers’ needs via MPLS VPN, Corporate Internet, Security, Datacenter VoIP(Anaolog, Digital, IP PBX etc…) - Deciding IOS, cards & modules on router, Voice Gateways and Modems. - Organizing the pre-sales and after sales process. - Discussing new technologies and demo works with sales team

- Designing TDM, ATM, Frame-Relay, ISDN, LL, xDSL technologies of SDH Transmission Systems, PCM. - Analyzing the projects and finding solutions with Nortel Networks, Juniper, Cisco, 3Com, Enterasys. - Identification the project background (LAN/WAN/VOIP/FIREWALL) and coordinating technical staff. - Reporting all project process. - Searching for new technologies and customer needs. - Consulting and supporting to customers after installation periods. - Using management models (PERT / CPM) to analyze projects
