As a process design engineer, my responsibilities are; - Preparing basic process documents such as P&ID, PFD, control philosophy, process specifications of the package units. - To perform process design detail calculations such as hydraulic calculation of the pump and heat and material balance of the package systems. - To prepare process datasheet. - To prepare the Operation and Commissioning/Start-up-Shut down manual. - Technical Bid Evaluation of the process equipment.
ISKEN Sugozu Thermal Power Plant which is located in Turkey is a subsidiary of STEAG GmbH. As a shift process engineer. In this role my responsibilities; – Monitoring whole coal firing-thermal power plant (2*660 MW) process turbine generator, boiler, FGD. – Perform of all operations of units such as start-up, shut-down and urgent operations for abnormal situation. – Prepare equipment for maintenance work according to Permit to Work Procedure (PTW).
