Managed the migration of the player account manager between vendors, performing API and backend adjustments for seamless integration. Added trotting races and Sportcast BetBuilder, Pre-Canned, and Singles features to expand betting markets and enhance user engagement. Migrated a legacy system to a Symfony-based API platform and implemented backend callback services for bet lifecycle, balance processing, and compliance, while delivering regular stakeholder-requested campaigns.

Integrated live sports feeds, casino providers, and live streaming. Implemented automated KYC for new users. Developed new features and extended REST APIs. Provided 3rd-level technical support, performed root-cause analysis, and resolved production issues. Designed maintenance procedures, ensured tech stack updates, and maintained technical documentation.

- Operate, maintain, monitor & update different VAS related systems. (SMSC gateway, IP GPRS, RADIUS, RBT, VPN, USSD gateway , WEB self-care) - Controlling the capacity of the VAS related systems, elements and databases - Design and implement Redundancy and reliability activities for VAS Operation services - Implement new plans, tariff structures, rating schemes etc. on VAS related self-care systems - Provide periodical reports from Billing, IN and VAS systems
