The Innovation Academy is a joint venture between TCD and Queen’s University Belfast (QUB). Its objective is to provide modules to PhD students to allow for transferrable skills-based learning that will enhance research competence and employability. • 30 ECTS obtained • Modules: Creative Thinking & Innovation (10 ECTS); Opportunity Generation (5 ECTS); Leadership Development (5 ECTS); Planning Your Venture (5 ECTS); Creative Capital (5 ECTS).

-Represented the DU Neuroscience Society at university and national level -Led and managed the society and its committee. -Organised and hosted academic seminars presented by renowned international and national neuroscience-affiliated speakers. -Established and published the first ever edition of "Discovering Neuroscience", a TCD magazine celebrating the TCD Neuroscience community. -Organised social events throughout the academic year -Former Secretary (2015-16)

-Based in R&D Platform Technology & Science -Funded by GSK and a Trinity Trust Travel grant award -Designed and optimised experimental protocols in order to investigate the function of novel receptors in human peripheral immune cells

-Research project: "Profiling the activity of GPR55 antagonists against recombinant and endogenous GPR55"

-Four year Honours degree specialising in Neuroscience -Research project: "The role of type I interferons in chronic neurodegeneration"
