• Used research and interviews to identify applications of blockchain technology in Supply Chain Management. • Determined possible benefits and requirements of blockchain technology to improve the supply chain performance through an analysis of its current state in the company. • Developed a general implementation concept for blockchain, based on one selected process.

• To guarantee the availability of products, planned, controlled, and managed the flow of goods throughout all the supply chain coordinating information between different stakeholders (sales, suppliers, finance, quality management, R&D). • Made negotiations with international suppliers looking for win-win results. • Supervised the process of products’ customs clearance, inventory control and the coordination of deliveries to customers, leading the logistics department of the company.

• Considering the lead times and expected sales, prepared and controlled the sales forecast together with the sales team, aiming for a balance between the inventory level and cost of capital. • Managed and oversaw all matters related to the purchase and import of goods, according to the required times for each step of the process to meet the delivery dates required. • Checked inventory balances in different warehouses to avoid inconsistencies between physical and theoretical stock.
