­- Successfully manage and deliver project on schedule and budget to customize, deploy and go live of online voting system (OVS) for State Election Commission (SEC) of Gujarat State on India, allowing internet voting for October 2010 elections on 6 municipal corporations on Gujarat State. Voters participation reached 68% against 40% average participation on paper voting. ­- Plan, schedule and manage activities for local software developing team and coordinate activities with India’s partner development.

­­- Technology alignment assessment of IT Platform (ERP solutions, Dynamics Nav, RFID, virtualization servers and thin client, Unified Communications) for auto motion trading Client. - Successfully support initiatives to define, implement and roll out the Program Management Office services and processes within the Client’s Software Factory and Center of Excellence (CoE, insurance company). ­- Advise on the scope of services defined and processes improvement needed for CoE PMO

PMO -Ensure that all strategic projects were sourced with appropriate PM’s and the projects were reviewed based on their performance with strong support, early actions and clear objectives -Review and approve as part of the Project Board, all Project Charter and documentation associated with ongoing project. -Ensure that the project management standard is established and spread across the enterprise and it is a model followed by all projects and local project teams. -Quality Assurance

Project Manager -Manage and supervise the definition of the new IT Platform for the Client, including (HW, SW, Process & Security layers) under Cisco System configuration -Produce Project Charter and all documentation associated with the project.

­- Collaborate with Client defining a key performance indicators model, including perspectives referring to Stakeholders, Customers, Suppliers, Community, Workers and Business Process. ­- Improvement analysis and design of Client’s business process , developing gap analysis (as is – to be), preparing flow-charts diagrams, reports & process documentation regarding Client's Business Chain Value. Scope of the work included the analysis of more than 20 major processes

­- Provide leadership and technical direction to the department by managing day-to-day activities of staff and consultants to meet department goals and objectives. ­- Supervise and collaborate with project's team leaders; definition, control & follow-up of plans for the development and deployment of business applications (Executive Management & CRM). ­- Manage the develop of functional specifications & test plans according with business process gap analysis and technical standards

­- Analyze, propose and develop business processes to manage IT investments, measure IT effectiveness, conserve or allocate resources and increase customer satisfaction. Business Process Improvement (BPI) approach applied. - Collaborate in the formulation of the logical and physical architecture plans, assessing cost and feasibility of systems requests and ensuring the support of both strategic and tactical business needs. - Evaluate the system strategies related to SAP R/3 components.
