As a BI consultant, I am in charge of implementing a new reporting solution from end to end. More specifically, I was responsible of performing all the business analysis activities, the implementation as well as the end user support. Ultimately, the implemented tools enable the company to follow up more closely the projects advancement, but more importantly track the financial performance of the project.

Implemented new software that captures physical measures of Airplanes. Fresh IT engineer, I am in charge of a substantial project within Airbus of implementing a new software using the technology Python, PHP and JavaScript. This software is used by the flight engineers to track the performance of airplane components. this was such a challenging project since the existing tool required a comprehensive review / optimization of its core functionalities.

During my master degree, I occupied the position junior business analyst within CIMPA PLM services. Particularly, the scope of my work covers two different parts : Implementing a new assets management system to replace the obsoltete existing system. Precisely I am responsible of the business analysis activities as well as the implementation. Alongside, I provided BI support using SQL Server to assist directors by analyzing the reporting requirements, giving objective advices and producing effective reports.

As a junior project manager, I was in charge of implementing a cloud based application to manage communication plans within Airbus marketing department. The idea is to centralize the needs in terms of communication material in a single location, ultimately the director would access the platform, track all the plans and make an estimation of communication budget for the upcoming year. For reporting purposes, the solution Power BI was integrated to provide direct KPIs.

Implemented a data integration solution Using the ETL solution Talend as well as IBM Cognos, the objective was to centralize several business data marts within a single data warehouse, going through all the required operations of : Data transformation, data cleansing and manipulation. Ultimately, the analytics soltion IBM cognos would enable us to present data in dashboards and reports, which doubled the speed of information retrieval and simplified substantially the decision-making process.
