As part of the 6th semester of the Bachelor Programme Product Development, I collaborated with PureH2O A/S on multiple occasions. I performed two larger project with them. The first project was to do an end-of-life impact assessment of micron-filters of PureH2O’s core product the BlueBox 1200. The second project was to analysis and optimisation of BlueBox 1200 sub-component.

I had to perform constructional optimizations of the components of a their river turbine in order to reduce complexity and production costs. My task was to analyze, using Siemens NX, the existing drawings and 3D CAD models of a the river turbine in order to define the parts with the highest potential for optimization. Once the parts were defined, I was in charge of the construction of new components.

I was in charge of basic maintenance and setting up new drawings for the factory workshop, and creating CAD files the marketing department. I had to perform maintenance of their product database in regards to updating product specifications, and perform regularly updates to their website. I was also in charge of creating new brochures, magazine promotions, logos and product datasheets etc.
