Worked with: ActionAid, AED, AWDF, CARE, DANIDA, EGP, GDC, KAIPTC, NPI, Oxfam GB, Oxfam-Novib, USAID, and others.

 Managed a major USAID regional project in Early Warning and conflict prevention in collaboration with ECOWAS and CSOs throughout West Africa;  Led the process of the Global Partnership for the Prevention of Armed Conflict (GPPAC) throughout West Africa;  Introduced CSOs in Sierra Leone to the Process of the United Nations Peacebuilding Commission (PBC);  Led and supervised 8 regional programs and 14 national networks-with membership of over 450 Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) across West Africa;

 Managed the overall programs of IHRDA;  Developed and implemented program strategies and raised funds for the Institute;  Trained NGOs on the procedures of the African human rights system and in International Human rights issues;  Collaborated with the African Commission of Human & Peoples Rights;  Worked extensively with the media and strategic partners to increase the visibility of the Institute;  Supervised staff, and interns;

 Managed the overall programs of the Women’s Rights Advocacy Program (WRAP) in Washington DC and in field offices in Bosnia & Herzegovina, Morocco, Yemen, Pakistan and Afghanistan;  Advocated for law reform to promote women’s human rights and to stop Gender-Based Violence in Muslim countries ;  Led the engendering process of all programming of Global Rights;  Designed and conducted training on gender analysis, mainstreaming, CEDAW, shadow reporting, Gender Based-Violence and various gender, human r
