Full responsibility of the plant management activity : resources planning, recruiting and training, capacity planning and adjustment, manufacturing concept definition and release, implementation and development of Quality focus and Q parameters, follow up on plant KPI’s in terms of cost, inventory, productivity, headcounts, turnovers, P&L, leading continuous improvement programs.

Responsibility for managing Engineering team TRW Romania. Full responsibility for planning, development, implementation , maintenance of Engineering methods, processes and operations, for new and already running projects

Coordinate all Manufacturing Engineering in the region according with Romania QVC. - Coordinate all activities related with projects development - Search the best practices / tools to support Manufacturing Engineering functions - Plan and accomplish the investment projects within region - Coordinate the development of continuous improvement programs and costs reduction - Follow and accomplish the European Engineering Metrics - Implement the PFMEA in an effective manner. - Implement the Manufacturing Master

Responsible for Ineu Operations Engineering activities (Plant support, Process Eng, Methods Lab, Quotation team) - Develop local Engineering team, train local personnel - Guaranty the proper Engineering preparation and follow up for new projects - Assure the accomplishment of the headcount and INEU ME budget

Responsible for new projects implementation through equipments definition, order, delivery, installation and trainings - Responsible for POS (Process Operating Specifications) on all processes - Responsible for equipment transfer coordination between different Delphi Operations Responsible for investment/projects activity: Investment Requests, Capital Spending Plans, Disposal Requests, capital spending reporting/forecasting - Problem solving trough “5 Why”, “Six Sigma” Methods
